To Potential Investors
One day, Saif Air will offer affordable airfare, but for now, they’re asking for your help
in raising start-up costs.
Having successfully raised £10 million from the founding members, and from private equity investors. Saif Air is now looking to raise £20 million more from seed investors who are interested in the opportunity presented by Saif Air and believe in its growth potential. This is a unique opportunity to invest in a new concept in the aviation industry which offers attractive returns and a clear exit strategy in the public markets within 5 years.
We are looking for Committed Investors:-
Today’s biggest returns are going to early investors in private airlines, especially low cost start-up airlines that are changing every aspect of life. Rather than wait for a company to go public, often at a high price, investors in unlisted companies can enjoy greater returns in comparison to listed companies although the risks are higher and they lack equity liquidity, i.e. the ability to exit. Our equity crowdfunding platform allows investors exclusive opportunities to buy stakes in this private start-up airline. The investment contribution can range anywhere from as little as £100 to £1 million.
The airline model is detailed in a comprehensive Business Plan which includes an Executive Summary to serve as a short and "to the point" overview of the airline operation. A Financial Projections booklet is also available for review upon request. It contains the essential month - wise spread sheets that evaluate the costs and revenue associated with operating the airline.
As described in the business plan, extensive research on the market area has been performed and data has been accumulated from aviation consultants and civil aviation authorities, covering all airports we intend to operate. These reports indicate that the new airline is considered necessary and that the airports in the UK are willing to give substantial discounts on office leases and Airport Charges.
We are looking for serious investors/partners who want to actively participate in the development of the airline, and want to act as a mentor or even to take an active role in managing the company, having a seat on the Board of Directors.
The investors/partners would have to invest at least for three years. They can sell their shares to the company/management or to the employee's own equity fund at the end of three year’s period. The airline has intention for a possible IPO after the period of five year’s successful operation and meeting its projected profit target.
We believe this is a great opportunity for you not only as aviation enthusiasts but as a way for Saif Air to take advantage of an under-served and badly-served market by the current airlines. Saif Air will be offering limited number of shares of ownership for sale at a low cost for start-up investors with a high return.
If you would like to request the Saif Air's business plan or the Financial Projections appendix for review or just have a few questions, please email us so we can answer any questions you might have about the Airline's potential.
