Our Corporate Culture
The foundation blocks for quality in a customer services organization are management’s commitment, customer’s focus and employee’s involvement.
Saif Air believes in a relaxed company environment with a flat management structure, which will eliminate unnecessary layers of management. We believe in a friendly working environment where all the employees work in a close circuit and can be in contact easily.
The new organisation will have a structure like that of a wheel with the CEO at the hub and all the operating departments revolving around him. In a conventional pyramid organisational structure, front line workers with the most customer contact have formally been at the bottom. Our management will put them at the top front line, where they will be in-charge and top management will serve as consultants to the organisation. It will become everyone's responsibility including the CEO to serve those who directly serve the customers. We will be deeply committed to a philosophy of putting employees first. If they are happy, satisfied, dedicated and energetic, they will take good care of the customer. When the customers are happy, they will come back to us and that will make the shareholders happy.
To achieve this kind of a culture, we will treat our employees as a family which will foster strong relationship. We will give our employees the opportunity to become shareholders and to participate in financial benefits of the ownership. Saif Air knows that financial security is top priority for its people, hence Saif Air will provide their employees a secured place to work.
Saif Air will also be committed in exploring enterprises that participate in public welfare and charity work. Saif Air will adhere to enhance public well-being by:
supporting educational institutions
help orphans in need
support individuals with disabilities
helping to alleviate poverty
Saif Air will not only be committed to providing affordable air travel, but will also be dedicated to improving the lives of those who are less fortunate. Taking social responsibility on needs of vulnerable communities will be a part of our success. To this end, the carrier will implement a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program for sustainable development, with an emphasis on providing better education and healthcare for underprivileged communities in the world.
