In a conventional pyramid organisational structure, front line workers with the most customer contact have formally been at the bottom. Our management will put them at the top front line, where they will be in-charge and top management will serve as consultants to the organisation. It will become everyone's responsibility including the CEO to serve those who directly serve the customers. We will be deeply committed to a philosophy of putting employees first. If they are happy, satisfied, dedicated and energetic, they will take good care of the customer. When the customers are happy, they will come back to us and that will make the shareholders happy.
